questions , but the more information you provide the faster we can
service you and resolve your technical issues.
- Indicate what device(s) you are programming and package type for example
PLCC, SOIC, DIP, TSOP or any other
- Device Data Sheets if available
- Programmer Model , Software Version and Photo if available
- Adaptor part number and description you are using
- Screen Shot of any Error Messages
- Indicate when you purchased the unit and from whom
- Your full contact information , including phone ,
email , address, your name and your company name
- If available your purchase invoice number
- Indicate if you are on our $89/ year support plan or if you
have been in the past.
- Indicate when was the last time up paid for an update,
support or repair
- Is you technical issue recent and you have been using the
product without any issues in the past , or is your technical
issue when you are first trying to use the product right out of
the box
- Have you attempted to install your programmer on
another PC outside of your IT environment or have you tried to
use chips from other suppliers ??
- Are you having progranmming issues with all types of
different chips or just the particular one you are needing to
use?
